Elite Home Health Care Agency LLC is a licensed Homemaker and Companion Services Agency operating under Florida state regulations. We provide non-medical personal assistance, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, and escort services. We do not provide skilled nursing, medical treatment, or clinical health services.
Services are provided pursuant to a written Care Agreement executed between the client/responsible party and Elite Home Health Care Agency LLC. Schedule changes or cancellations require advance notice as specified in your individual Care Agreement.
Services are billed at agreed hourly private pay rates or authorized long-term care insurance billing schedules. Payment terms, invoices, and automated payment options are detailed upon service initiation.
Elite Home Health Care Agency LLC exercises due diligence in vetting, training, and matching companion caregivers. Clients agree that our agency is not liable for medical emergencies or unpredicted health events.
